Sign Print Design Ltd (company number registered in England and Wales), trading as ExactWrap®, provides professional vehicle wrap design, production, and installation services. These terms govern your use of our services and website.
We offer three service tiers under The Vehicle Modular System™:
Additional revisions beyond your tier allocation are charged at £75+VAT per revision. All timelines are working days and commence upon receipt of your completed brief, vehicle photography, and design deposit payment.
A non-refundable design deposit of £300 (inc. VAT) is required before any design work commences. This deposit is deducted from your final balance upon completion.
By paying the design deposit, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. The deposit payment constitutes a binding agreement for the supply of design services.
The design deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where you choose not to proceed after design work has commenced.
All completed artwork requires your formal approval via our electronic signature system (DocuSign) before production commences. By signing, you confirm:
Once artwork is approved and signed, no further amendments can be made without incurring additional charges. ExactWrap® accepts no liability for errors approved by the client.
You are responsible for supplying all logos, branding materials, and images in appropriate resolution. We recommend vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (300dpi minimum at print size). We will advise if supplied files are unsuitable for production quality.
By supplying content, you warrant that you own or have full licence to use all materials and that their use will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. ExactWrap® accepts no liability for claims arising from client-supplied content.
Your balance payment (total contract value minus the £300 design deposit) is due upon approval of your artwork via DocuSign. Production commences only upon receipt of your full balance. Fitting will be scheduled within your agreed timeline from the point of balance receipt.
For successful installation, your vehicle must be presented:
We reserve the right to charge a preparation fee if the vehicle is not presented in a suitable condition.
Fitting appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee. ExactWrap® reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible.
Our wrap installations carry a 12-month warranty against material defects and installation failures under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover:

ExactWrap® retains ownership of all design files, templates, and artwork until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a licence to use the final artwork for your vehicle. ExactWrap® retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
ExactWrap® templates, The Vehicle Modular System™, and all associated processes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sign Print Design Ltd.
ExactWrap®'s total liability to you shall not exceed the contract value for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of earnings, business disruption, or reputational damage.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
